This is a building that you can use as a office building or factory, or something else. You can just add it to your city scene. The door is a 3ds max Door object, so you can parametrically edit it. There are some misc. widgets on the top of the building to make it more interesting. The roof has a seperate mat. ID. The building objects have been grouped.
