This cafeteria chair model's native format is Cinema 4D. It is set up with SDS and some editable sweeps. The Cinema 4D file has materials applied, lights, and an HDRI sky object setup. You just need to load an HDRI image into the empty HDRI material balls luminance channel.
The Cinema 4D file has a lower polygon count than the other file formats since it uses sweep generators, and Subdivisional Surfaces.
The FBX and OBJ files will need their materials tweaked to match the preview renders.
