Modern style, 3-blade 52-inch and 60-inch diameter ceiling fan for Revit 2019. Fixture is face-hosted and will attach to a ceiling, but will also attach to any face, such as the bottom of a beam or other component. This is also useful if the ceiling is made from an extrusion or other object instead of a Revit "ceiling". User adjustable family parameters: - hanging distance from ceiling (stem extension) - materials (housing, fan blades, light lens) - light kit or no light - option check box for 52-inch or 60-inch diameter blades. - angle of stem (allows fixture to mount to flat or sloping ceilings) Import defaults to 0 angle for a flat ceiling, but once the sloped ceiling angle is entered (enter degrees off vertical for fan stem) the fixture can be rotated in plan view so the stem hangs straight down from a sloping ceiling, while the canopy at the top will attach to, and match the angle of the ceiling. Default materials are teak wood blades, aluminum housing, and frosted glass light lens with emissivity. These are stock materials included with Revit, and will show on the model when used in Revit. You can change any of the materials to suit your needs. The fixture includes a Revit light source.
