Good 3D model dining table and chairs, The object is properly unrwapped and non overlapping. I added the textures in zip folder. It is also easy to change the textures if you like. It is not collapsed smooth modified. I have used the Arnold renderer. The 3ds Max scene is containing studio lights. The model is completely ready for use visualization in 3ds max Low poly/Medium
