High detailed empty house ready to be populated with furniture, plants and lamps. The model render out of the box, no cleaning up necessary, just drop the model into your scene and start rendering. - The native file was made in 3ds Max 2010 and Mental Ray. All the preview renders was made with it. - The scene contains a day light system and one camera. It was adjusted under natural light condition only. FEATURES -------------------------------------------------------- - Modeled with true dimensions and referenced in CAD drawings. The unit used was meter. - No third-party plugins was used. - All accordion doors have a rigging for open and close automatically through a controller. - All textures and materials are included. - 3ds Max models are grouped for easy selection, and objects are logically named for ease of scene management. - The model consists of 870 objects organized in layers for easy selection. - The most objects are modeled with quads and tris. Only the wood flooring is formed with Ngons. TEXTURES -------------------------------------------------------------- The model contains 42 JPG images ranging from 1024 x 1024 px and 2048 x 2048 px.
