This is a detailed singel family home (house). Model has realistic proportions. Setup for Linear Workflow, scene ready to be rendered in Vray. Geometry is grouped- whole object is one group. Textures, materials are included. Lighting Info: Vray Sun+Vray Physical Cam The roof( and grass) use the Vray Displacement modifier. Without this modifier it s just textured.
