Highly detailed mechanical part
This is an example of a model from my workflow. It is expected to comply with the Pro Standards.

The mesh is made with only quads and tris. No N-Gons have been used.
This part has been designed with vectors and then converted in a polygonal mesh.
UV map is non-overlapping.
The material is internally built and render under Cycles with an HDRi representing the interior of a warehouse.
