This is a 3D model of a new build red brick building. The building is very generic and could be used for residential, commercial, or any other use. The building has been modelled to a high standard, and includes all the details shown in the preview images. The majority of the detail has been modelled, such as the roof tiles, and where maps have been used, they are also included. The building was created in 3Ds Max, and rendered using Vray 2. Max 2010 and 2012 files are both available. The meshes are instanced where possible, so making changes should be easy if required. The model parts are also organised into layers, making the file easy to use.
