==================================================================================== BUILDING ====================================================================================== Complex model of building with simple interior walls and details like shutters in windows. - 3ds Max - standard version with standard materials, - 3ds Max – V-Ray version with V-Ray materials, Exported formats has no bugs, Uv works correctly. ====================================================================================== PROFESSIONALLY MODELED These models were made to avoid n-gons and keep polycount as low as possible: - polycount - 8240 - textures resolution - 3200x3200, 1024x1024, 800x800, 1024x638, 800x420, 480x480, 420x290, 659x627, Mesh is clear, well done and optimized. Mostly quads - 98,2% Materials, textures, objects are clearly named in English. NO MULTI/SUB-OBJECT MATERIALS! Nobody likes objects with many different materials assigned. This produce disorder in 'Material Editor' with a lot of needless, scattered 'multi materials'. There is no mess with textures and materials here. Only singe materials were use (one exception - ivy material), morover each object have only one material assigned. No 'Multi/Sub-Object materials' = no mess in 'Material Editor'.
