Inside and outside modeled. Not textured. Two 3ds models included. The first is one single model as rendered, the second contains the floors as seperate objects to customize the size of your parking garage go from two floors to a hundred if you want. Each floor contains, elevator, staircase, a car ramp, and even a couple of trash cans! Each floor contains about 7000 polygons so polygon count will vary, depending on the size of desired garage.
