Some file types have triangulated when saved which will cause an increase in poly count. Here are the poly counts for each of the file types. C4D & Dxf - 245 Dae & 3ds - 410 Obj - 253 Fbx - 252 Renders were created using hypernurbs. Model and material created in Cinema 4D 11.5 The material will only show up on the C4D file as it is a procedural material. Other formats does not come with any materials, just geometry.
