Here is REVIT project file and 3ds MAX file of modern urban city apartment building with European style. There are 4 residential floors and 1 commercial ground floor and 1 basement floor for carparking. The roof is inclined roof. Dimensions are in centimeters: Building height 2169 cm length is 5041 cm depth is 1814 cm REVIT file is as the preview images accordingly. It contains the 3D BIM info as well as the 2D details and notations etc. Render settings are optimized for a quick but high quality render for simulating a realistic hires exterior scene All file formats contain identical geometry as seen above with clean and accurate construction (see wire frames above). All details have been fully modeled out. For first two images, 3ds Max 2015 and V-Ray 3.00.08 render plugin is used with V-Ray materials and this MAX scene is included. Third image is from scanline rendering with standard materials and prepaired with 3ds MAX 2015. Last 4 images are screenshots from IFC explorer software BIM VISION. For other bim software like Archicad, Allplan etc., IFC 2.2 file is also included. The preview HD image with the surrounding does not represent the real content.
