Originally it was modelled in Blender 2.67 and rendered with Cycles render, then I exported model to 3Ds Max 2013 and rendered it with VRay. Model is not rigged, but each element of it is parented to previous one, then it possible to set up pose for character.
Without SubDiv model has 103793 faces and 100786 verts.
.obj file hasn't SubDiv;
.blend scene contains model with texture and materials for Cycles render;
.max scene contains model with materials for VRay 2.
