This is a package of 5 small grey rock for online and oflline engine . they are closed mesh and scale it to the real size .
there is 5 .zip file here for you the same file you will get from Megascan and each zip file contain :
1 high poly mesh fbx file for offline engine, 1 source stl zbrush file, 4 lod fbx file for online engine + 4 normal map for each level of details.
