Modern loft stairs with loft slab and railing
NURBS-model is for Cinema4D + VRay but can of course be used in standard Cinema4D as well as any other other software.
You can change dimensions of any part and object easily in C4D.
Export files for other software plus an Oak wood texture are included.
The exported files have about 13.000 polygons.
