기술
(UPDATE 2018)
A Victorian era style submarine, original design by JIHS.
Inspired in the Vernes story, this "Nautilus" has caracteristics from the original: striker, electric propulsion... On the other hand this model has a organic form like a skid and is driven by propellers in its tail, no by rudder.
In 1:1 real scale (103,85 x 15,3 x 21,3 meters), the model its a good base for renders*, games, animations, 3D prints**, etc. with a good relation quality - price.
ARCHIVE FORMATS:
The native format is Sketchup 6.4.1, imported in 3dmax 2013, and converted to formats Cinema4D, 3ds, FBX and Obj. All them tested in 3dmax 2013 with these results:
Formats sketchup and 3dmax (save as 2010), are totaly functional.
Formats Fbx and C4D are functional but dont export the layers.
Formats 3ds and Obj need an easy readjust for the textures in the material editor, but they are operative too.
The 3dmax archive includes animated parts.
Every archive rar contains the model, textures and a txt with especifications about the textures.
MATERIALS/TEXTURES:
The materials are 4 jpg adapted in the native model (sketchup) and exported with it.
The materials coordinates neednt be readjusted in 3dmax.
The materials are disposed by layers in Skp and 3dmax formats.
Materials converted to VRay materials in the 3dmax format. Includes bitmaps and HDRI image.
*Models images (wireframe, solid and textured) from Sketchup; captures from 3dmax and Cinema4D; turntable and final renders (VRay 2.3) are made in 3dmax 2013.
**Remember: The 3D prints need solid/closed objects. The internal parts could not be printed.
