This is a scene of a contemporary farm ville house with a facade design concept that is modernist. . There is a V-Ray sunlight for simulating a real exterior scene. And render settings are optimized for a quick but high quality render. The objects are named architecturally so it is easy to work with it. (for merging parts to other files or search in file etc.) Originally created (designed and modelled) with 3ds Max 2012 This model is suitable for use in broadcast, high-res film close-up's, advertising, design visualization, forensic presentation, etc. First 8 preview images are rendered with V-Ray renderer but the ones after the screenshots are from default MAX Scanline render with standard materials.(last 8 images) No Photoshop or compositing used, Product is ready to render out-of-the-box. Lights and cameras are included in the both MAX files and the 3ds format. The file formats are as above: V-Ray format: Model is in 3d max 2012 and 2015 formats. All materials and renderer is V-Ray. Scanline format: Model is in 3d max 2012. All materials are Standard MAX and renderer is default MAX Scanline renderer. 3ds, FBX and OBJ format are tested and are with materials and textures also. There are 25 objects, 10 cameras. Plants and background is not included. Please just refer to screenshot images for the exact content. Only building and its parcel with fence walls are included. The grass ground of the V-Ray model is made with displacement map as seen in the still images. As displacement map is used, grass object is elevated a bit below to get the exact height of grass wanted in rendering. Model is built to real-world scale Units used: Centimeters. Model (altogether, house with the yard) is 4779 centimeters long, 2974 centimeters wide and 1060 centimeters high. The House itself is 2859 centimeters long, 1740 centimeters wide. There are two storeys and ceiling of first storey is 330cm high, second one is 330 cm high.
