Materials: - Lighthouse: 2048 PBR textures (albedo/normals/roughness/emission); - Window (lantern room): 512 PBR textures (albedo/normals/roughness); - Plants: 512 texture (diffuse). The window around the lantern room uses a separate material to avoid transparency sorting issues with semi-transparent shaders. The lantern is a separate model and can be rotated in realtime if desired. The plants are also a separate object and can be disabled if desired. Transparency for the window and plants are included in the alpha of the corresponding albedo textures.
