Auto repair garage 3DS format : 9204 polygons, 9624 vertices OBJ / LWO formats : 5021 polygons (tris / quads), 4950 vertices FBX / C4D formats : 5021 polygons (tris / quads), 9624 vertices X format (checked with DX Viewer) : 9204 polygons (tris), 13128 vertices For your information, the building without all the props (barrel and dumpsters) is made of 2056 triangles Please download the 'textures.zip' file above (displayed as 'Other') and unzip it in the model folder 9 objects : building, grid, light, stairs, sign board, barrel, dumpster (3) Textures : Building - 2048x2048 JPG file (see preview) + specular map Dumpster - 1024x1024 JPG file (x2) Barrel - 512x512 JPG file Grid - 256x256 JPG file + opacity map (JPG or PNG file) The building specular map is provided but not assigned to the model. You will have to do it manually if you decide to use it For other formats than the 3ds, you might have to adjust the grid material (mainly to make it 2-sided and to put the opacity map in place) All textures are also provided at half their size (they are resized from the original layered work files, and still produce good results) The textures zip file also contains the original building layered texture map as a PSD (Photoshop) file, so that you can easily modify the sign board text for example A PSD version of the grid texture map is also included in the zip file (with transparency on), so that you can easily export a transparent PNG or TGA file if you need to (you can open PSD files with Photoshop of course, but also with Paint Shop Pro, and maybe other softwares ...)
