Made with blender 2.7 and rendered with cycles. The modifiers are not applied so you can regulate the level of detail, as you can see in the image. there are 5 meshes in this model: base, Sphere, fabric, pillow1and pillow2. They are grouped under the name "ball_chair" and they are connected to an "empty" to simplier move it. To import in your project in blender: file -> append -> select "ball_chair.blend" then group -> ball_chair and that's it.
