This high poly 3d model sofa made in 3dsmax 2013+Coronarenderer 2. It consists of all textures, max 2013, fbx, ready to import to any software formats.

If you need a lighter version by polygon, then you can remove all seams/stitches. Without them, the 3d model of the sofa weighs about ~ 290,000 polygons.
Unwrap sofa allows you to impose on the model a striped version of the fabric, not only normal (an example of the image with stripes is in the preview).
