Procedural structure, The UV's have not yet been Unwrapped but the zip folder includes, OBJ Files with MTL For texturing, which are all in the MTL file, The version also includes a 3DS File, Blend file & A Collada (DAE) File. Ready to render with dynamic lighting set up on the fireplace for the orange/red glow it gives off with exterior sun too.
