This model was created in 3DS Max 2015 Extension 1 with the Open Sub Div surfaces and Crease Set, an additional 2012 version is also supplied using the mesh smooth modifier and creases in Edit Poly
Alternate FBX files included OSD & Meshsmooth
the model is scaled 1:1 and all units are in mm
