The average models has applied UVmap with "Real World Escale" so it allow a full compatibility with the Autodesk Material Library added in 3ds max 2011. All the models are perfectly placed in the midle of the scene, at an scale of 1:1 with all the materials named, so all accomplished the requirements to be professional 3d models.
