The Rigg is Originally made in Cinema 4D(Preview Images).
I've made the Rigg in Blender format too (Same way of Cinema 4D, But in blender format you will need to use a script to enable physics [this product contains the script dont worry, it's easy and fast to install it, there is a README with instructions])
At other formats the rigg is exported from Cinema4D as FBX.
This model was made in Cinema4D R18, but it does not uses any exclusive tool of R18, so lower versions should be able to open the file just fine!
