A loft interior scene.
Complete max2016 scene+textures ready to render with Vray.
The windowed wall has a material with stains added as a composite map, so you could use any texture on it and still be able to control the stains' layer strenght and the way it covers the wall object.
In order for floor to render correctly you need to download MultiTexture Map (just gogle it).
There's also .3ds and .obj format archive, each contains the texture maps but the materials are created only for .max scene with Vray.
