There are two tipes of skeleton in project: one for sitting people ( more simple) and one for other people (more complex and flexible). Be careful with shape of people if you want to change their poses, and be patient if you want to create complex poses, but result will pleasantly surprise you. Main file is Blender faile, that is why if you will have some problems with other files apply to Blender file and export objectd with your configurations ( Open Blender file -- press A and select all objects -- then press button FILE -- chose button EXPORT -- then chose necessary format with necessary configurations) People in project are very fit for different aims, so if you don't need change their poses you may delete skeleton and change people in Edit mode and so on.
