The model can be easily used for realistic indoor renderings. The model is sized according to real world settings. The height is based on centimeters. The model has a height of 1.19m. The model has various parts as objects and are grouped together by naming each object separately. Thus each object can be edited, if chosen, without any hassle. The model is natively created in Blender version 2.79 and is rendered in Cycles engine. It contains 3014 poly counts and 3044 vertices in its base mesh and has 48,200 poly counts and 48,278 vertices with subdivision level 2 turned on.
