This is a military barrier, used as a blockade.
Notes:
The scene was rendered with a single Vray light and Dome Light (with EXR spherical image). I've removed the lighting to present a clean scene for importing into other scenes. If you wish to recreate similar lighting, simply add a Vray light with a Multiplier of around 4.0 and a dome light with HDRI/EXR image plugged in, set to a Multiplier of 4.0
