Model of the house made in Blender 2.81 and Autodesk REVIT 2020. Presented model of the house has three storeys: 2 above the terrain level and 1 undeground with garage. Ground level contain vestibule, living room with open kitchen space, office, bathroom, boiler room, 1 additional room, large terrace. Second level contains 2 bedrooms and bathroom, large open space. Underground level incorporates a few storage rooms, large game room and a garage. House has detached pool site with large pool. Model contains some parts of the site - trees, plants, bollar lights etx. Interior is free for adaptation, furniture hasn't been placed yet. Model is made in real scale 1:1, dimensions are in metric system [m]. Project in Revit contains additional informations about structural layers and dimensions of basic structural elements. Most Revit materials are picked up from AEC library. Blender cycles materials are defined for project from scratch. Textures are attached to .blend file. Both Blender and Revit files contain defined materials with diffuse/bump/normal/roughness/reflection textures and light sources. Many versions of camera settings (scenes) are defined both in Blender and Revit. Blender file contain exterior scenes with defined hdri lighting maps. Lights can be easily turned on or off depending on your needs. Textures are attached to blender file, and can be unpacked to your PC. Performance: Recommended to have at least 12GB RAM (better 16GB) for the Blender file scenes , otherwise open scenes called "FINAL MODEL" which doesnt contain 3D trees and plants models. If you have slower PC with about 8GB RAM, try to delete some trees or plants from scenes or delete light sources not visible in view. Use HDRI's maps of the lower resolution. Recommended to turn off, or delete some trees and plants in views from Revit file if there are any performance issues.
