This is low-polygonal 3d model of the Moskvich 400-420, with PBR materials.
Department of Street Traffic Control (DSTC),
The post-war Moskvich 400 car which according to the license of the German Opel Kadett K38 was issued from 1946 to 1954.
No flashing indicators on operational cars then existed yet, and all special equipment came down to installation of a loudspeaker on a roof.
Onboard this reconstructed model a historical abbreviation of ORUD, that is Department of regulation of traffic a prototype of present traffic police. Employees of ORUD ensured safety and law and order on roads, including as point-policemen-traffic controllers served at the most intense intersections until those began to equip with traffic lights.
Only in 1953 there was an order on a special coloring of operational cars, namely in dark blue color with a red strip, and this standard held on till 1962.
