The 3ds Max (2010) version is fully textured and shaded for Vray (2.0), modelled to real-world scale and ready-to-render. Just merge in your scene, check texture paths and hit render.
The OBJ version comes without materials but is carefully UV-mapped for easy material re-creation using the provided custom high-res texture maps.
Only the chair and the bonus studio setup are provided in the file. No environment or HDR.
