BUILD QUALITY:
The model is made very high quality and with the correct topology. There are double edges in the model, and open vertices, however, they are made only in certain places and in order to more conveniently control the model. The grid is square-triangular. UNWRAP walls are great and very comfortable, with diffuse, normal, reflections and dirt maps present in almost every material. Most of the model uses UWV texture coordinates. The geometry of the model is sophisticated and complex, but you can select individual parts by selecting polygons by ID or by highlighting individual objects in the model. Polygon smoothing is complete. The model is scaled and proportioned. Therefore, this model can be safely used in design and visualization. The scene contains 79388 polygons and 94961 vertices. The model has many different variations that can be created using controls in the scene:
1) Adding curtains to all windows - select the "Curtains" group and press make visible, windows will appear on the curtains.
2) Night lighting, realized with luminous materials and artificial lighting. Groups with artificial lighting are grouped into groups - "Roof_lights", "LED_Lamps_Roof", "Cell_lights", "Appartament_lights", "1LV_lights (in Scanline).
And luminous materials - "LampsDiod_Color_Night", "Holl_lights", "Stand kant", "Cell_lights (Scanline). It is enough to leave a check mark on the light sources and make the glowing materials visible and you will have a night version of the building.
MAX Scanline Renderer supports a new raytraced map for reflections. The model contains FBX versions for export to other programs.
