This is a simple building, the objective is that you customer receive a model, and the materials used in the model.
For the best result it would be great if you open it in 3ds max.
The formats included are the .obj .fbx .3ds archive
If you did not get exactly as the image of the screen capture (the model, the materials, and the textures) please, contact me, and tell me what is missing.
The idea is that this building serves the purpose of environment, not to have a blank environment.
