This is a detailed real-sized 3D model of a small residential house made by an architect. CAD drawings were used to process the model. GENERAL INFO - House dimensions are about 10m x 17m, height is approx. 10 m. - Units used - centimeters - Initial model is made in 3ds Max 2014, but saved in 2011. - Front and left sides of the house are elaborated, back and right are clean walls, divided by different materials. Please, review the presentation images. USABILITY It fits perfectly for CGI exterior visualization, Unity, UE4, real-time and game use, architecture projects. GEOMETRY - Model's mesh is high quality - Geometry test for holes and overlapping polygons has done for you - you can see it in the presentation images. - All objects in the scene are detached by ID - easy to use, texture. - Scene objects are organized by layers. - Model's mesh is low-poly - easy to edit. - Shell modifier is applied for glass. - No plugins needed. PRESENTATION IMAGES - All images are made using Vray Adv. 3.40.01 - Wire images are done with VrayLightMtl + VrayDirt - Lights and render setup are included. An image can be done from perspective view, no need to use camera. MATERIALS - The model is UV mapped. - The model is divided by V-ray and standard materials assign to the all objects in the scene. - The scene is very simple, allows you to adjust it for your needs. However, some basic textures are included in the 3Ds Max archive.
