Omschrijving
Model of common dining chair specialized for real-time rendering, but can also be used for subdivision.
I've included 3 texture packs in total just in case that you can better manipulate the hardware resources. These packs are consisted of 4k, 2k and 1k textures.
Model is low poly with efficient use of every single polygon and vertex followed by also highly efficient custom UV mapping done manually inside 3Ds Max
Textures were painted inside Substance Painter 2017.1 using PBR workflow.
NOTE: TurboSmooth modifier is added on top of modifier stack but it is TURNED OFF.
If you want to render the model with subdivisions, just TURN ON above mentioned modifier by clicking on small lightbulb icon in 3ds Max modifer stack.
