Realistic high detailed watermill with an extra burned land skin model with high resolution textures. The model has clean topology and it is good in any iteration of smoothing/subdiv. Game ready model - can be used in game engines and realtime scenes. Unity and Unreal engine friendly. =======FEATURES=========== - The units of measurement during the creation process were meters. - Clean and optimized topology is used for maximum polygon efficiency. - No extra plugins are needed for this model. - This model consists of 1 separated meshes. - All objects are ready for subdivision - All objects have fully unwrapped UVs. - The object has 1 pbr materials, clear UVs, textures and maps. All objects of the scene have been created from scratch and can be used in your projects as individual objects under the attached license. Each material includes 2048x2048 textures (Diffuse (Base color), Height, Metalness, Normal, Specular. Glossy, Roughness, AO, Emissive maps). The model also includes 'BaseColor_Burned' texture skin as an extra file. Textures are in .png file format. All textures, fonts and extra files are in 'Supporting items'.
