High detailed 3D Model of Residential Building. This is a fully dimensioned and calculated building project, based on architectural and structural requirements. This building is our own design. It has four 4 floors, pilotis and terrace. MODELS 1.The main model with the exterior elements walls, doors, windows, etc 2.The urban cityscape 3.There is NOT the inside building 4.At the main building NOT the urban cityscape there are: - Polys: 32924 - Verts: 21226 5. All doors and windows are openable. first ungroup the model two times Models have been created with the 3Ds Max 2009. They were rendered with default scanline . Models also exported at .max, .3ds, .dwg, .dxf and .lp formats. Materials are included on the max versions, all textures include in *.rar files. There are thirteen 13 Textures, four 4 of them with their bump maps. Eleven 11 of them in high resolution 1024x1024 – 2048x2048, all from our own collection. There are eight 8 views with the most useable angles of the building. 1. Eight 8 in .jpeg format 2. Eight 8 in .png format with transparent background 3. Eight 8 in .psd format with Alpha Channel 4. The urban cityscape is also at .jpeg and .psd file. There are multiple layers with cars, trees and human figures, which are NOT at the 3D Model of the urban cityscape. All objects are editable and have meaningful names for easy navigation in scene and grouped in logical way.
