This is a fully textured interior scene with natural light setup, ready to render with Vray Renderer for 3Ds MAX. Inside the zip file you'll find lots materials, textures, cameras settings with depth of field, Vray render settings and VFB settings. Including OBJ and FBX 3D model export file. This file does not have any type of protection.
