Everything seen on renders are included. Scene setups are made in 3ds Max 2016 / Vray 3.2 Renders are default vray max renders. Max file includes non collapsed modifier stack, original mesh wire can be seen on renders. Grass is on a separate layer and generated with vray proxies. FBX/OBJ file has non subdivided version, can be subdivided on other programs. Grass is not included in non native formats as it is too heavy to be exported. FBX/OBJ file might not have materials/textures applied, as it was converted from Vray scene. Please contact support for your questions and needs. We will try to help if you need something.
