Opis
A traditional medieval castle entrance with a drawbridge. The gate is fiction, but is partly inspired by the castle in Caen (Normandy, France). The model is not rigged, but the pivot point is correctly placed on the "draw arms". The whole drawbridge is 1 object.
The background images is attached as supporting items. The water that can be seen in one of the thumbnails is a 3ds MAX water material and does not include the model.
The castle entrance is good for close ups (note: not extreme close ups) - just open and render.
The native file is 3ds Max 2013 and the rendering is made in Mental Ray, with 1 Direct Light, 1 mr Area Omni and 1 Skylight (included to the model).
The model has real-world scale and is centered at 0, 0, 0, (the model is 17 meters high).
The model is not intended for subdivision.
