City House Building 7 Model 3D

Here is a modern apartment building with European style. There are 8 floors. The roof is flat roof with elevator machine tower and terraces . The building is modeled from ready architectonic drawings. Exterior facade design is made with 3ds Max. Dimensions are in centimeters: Building height 2962cm width is 3014cm length is 3938cm Building only has 91144 poly count, and 134449 vertex count. Render settings are optimized for a quick but high quality render for simulating a realistic hires exterior scene. The objects and are named architecturally and gathered in the according groups so it is easy to work with it. (for merging parts to other files or search in file etc.) In the layer named 'sss_City_house_building7', the building is found. Each storey is selectable one group instance object so the heights due to number of floor levels are adjustable easily by adding or subtracting storeys and storeys are easy to be adjusted. The titles "sss3D Platinum" and "sss3D" are adjustable text objects in MAX files. In OBJ file street lamps are not turbosmoothed, their subdivision value is 0. In MAX files their subdivision value is 2. In max files the railings are in spline format with thickness for being adjustable easily. Street lamps and trees are instanced in MAX files in order to reduce the file size for smaller download time. Please find the maps zipped and archieved with the 3ds Max files. All file formats contain identical geometry as seen above with clean and accurate construction (see wire frames above). All details have been fully modeled out. Materials and/or textures may need to be adjusted for the formats besides max format. OBJ format contains only the objects, all of other contain the cameras. 3ds Max 2010 and V-Ray 1.50 render plugin is also used. Separate V-Ray MAX file is also added. First four presentation images are V-Ray, others are Mental Ray. Trees are included. For buying only the tree, search turbosquid with keywords "sss3d maple tree". Background image file is not included, seen in Mental Ray renderings. Other file format do not have Vray textures/materials applied and will not render like the preview images.
