condoTower Model 3D

This tower comes in sections of 16 floor units separated in 4 random cubic forms. Sections can be added or removed from total height. Each section has the following geo sections for easy retexturing - grass_geo - windows_geo - building_frame_geo - concrete_geo - balconyGlass_geo -balcony_railing_geo a texture map for the windows has been included, this is the only map you really need as the Windows have been mapped out randomly for this custom map(s). The render shown is using Vray with the textures for the grass fur included if needed. Each section is 43, 479 polygons and can be smoothed for render if needed. The Vray fur used for grass will be included for those using maya vray. If you don't have Vray don't worry just use the grass geo to put whatever you choose on the model
