Name of the model: " Discocone Conch Ornamented 3" Triangles: 1281432 Vertices: 640718 Information: This model emulates an almost oxyconic conch known as discocone with ornamentation (Dichotomous ribs). In oxycones the umbilicus is not well exposed, and the overall shell form is compressed. According to Westermann (1996) the whorl height shows pronounced expansion during accretion of the recent 180 of shell whorl.
