If you choose revit file you will get lot of furniture revit family inside and set for A3 paper documented.If you are not revit user you could choose FBX file or LS8 (LUMION 8) file, both of them had furniture models inside too.Material & Texture in LS8 (LUMION) only. You can animate and explore its model with LUMION 8
