European Building 1 Model 3D

This is a model of a low-poly european style city house. The model is in real-world scale, and is Intended for game/realtime/background use. It was created in Autodesk 3ds Max 2012 and was rendered using mental ray renderer. There are 10 texture maps included (diffuse, normal and specular maps), all in square resolutions. All objects, texture maps and materials are properly named for easy use and are contained in a seperate layer. The model has clean topology, and is centered to world (0,0,0). Meters were used as units. The background scene, lights and render setup are also included in this product.
