Excalibur Model 3D

This is a low-poly model of Excalibur, King Arthur"s legendary sword. This rendition is based on the book cover for "Circles of Seven" by Bryan Davis, and on descriptions found in this and other books in the Dragons in Our Midst and Oracles of Fire series. It was box-modeled with Blender 2.46, and has a sub-surf modifier attached but not applied. I"ve attached a very basic leather texture to the hilt, and some basic materials to the blade and the gems. There are three gems on the hilt, one red one on the pommel, and two white on the cross-piece. Thank you for looking!
