FFG-13 USS Morison Perry Class Frigate Model 3D

This model also comes in several different formats. The Perry Class of Frigates was designed in the 1970s for the United States Navy to replace aging WWII era Gearing and Sumner class Destroyers. The Frigate is a smaller Warship capable of escorting and inexpensive enough to be built in large numbers. 55 were built in the US, 51 for the USN and 4 for the RAN Australian Navy. These ships also provide the capability to fight aerial attacks by aircraft anti-ship missiles. These ships have been involved in every conflict since the late 1970s.
