The curved interplay of positive and negative space gives the feeling of an exoskeleton, with a sense of erosion where the bronze shows through the hand-rubbed patina. The sleek, round top appears to be a pool of water suspended above the curved frame below, joining the four sides in beautiful, balanced cohesion.
