This model consists primarily of quads 100% all unwrapped non overlapping. Include Helper object with the exact pivots,to help you create your own rig to open the doors. --Rendering-- The rendering is setup in Vray. In the 3ds Max version, the Vray lighting and setup file is also included. No 3rd party plugin needed. I also included a non-illuminated 3ds Max version with standard materials (if you do not use Vray). Lighting is included only in the 3ds Max version and materials may appear different in other program formats. --Textures-- 4096x4096 Include PSD files of texture with layers.So you can easily change color and modify the texture. --Scale-- Real world scale.
